2015 Ford Mustang : My Offical Review

Ladies and gentlemen, I stand corrected.  The new generation of the iconic Ford Mustang is better than I ever expected.  The exterior look great, but the rear is ok I guess. The taillights are definitely not better than last years smoked taillights. Also, all the previous year models have the medallion on the deck-lid, well this year models does not have the medallion but instead has the model symbol(iconic mustang logo) or has the letters spelled out. (GT).

The iconic American muscle car has rounder edges and a more modern-retro style look that really looks mean and sophisticated.  Ford shaved off  300 pounds, and is 1.5 inches lower, and added horsepower to all models.  But the coolest part of the Mustang can be found on the speedometer, which is labeled "Ground Speed MPH", as if you thought you were really flying, you might be able to thanks to the GTs new electronically "limited"(wink) top speed of 160 mph.  This car is a rocket ready to set to the
skies.

I really enjoy the sight of the of the gauges and the classic numbering font set on them for 2013-2014.  But as for the 2015, the font is Times New Roman, which these gauges were created to mock the appearance in an aircraft.

With an all new modernization of the car, but living up to the heritage of Mustang.  there's no mistaking that this is a Ford Mustang and Underneath that beautiful sheet metal is all new fully independent front and rear suspensions that isolates road imperfections.  The driving dynamics is best ever in a ford mustang.  The all new interior was designed by aircraft inspired controls and a level of technology we have never seen, such as the wet and snow mode driving selections and the push button start feature. In the near future when I purchase a new car it will be no doubt the 2015 Ford Mustang.
Ladies and gentleman, this is just the beginning.  This is what Ford created in 50 years, imagine what they could do in another 50.  We have a vast new world of technology to explore right here at our fingertips.  Are you ready America?

2015 Ford Mustang: The Release Part 2 (Tomorrow) and the "VooDoo" along with Exclusive Interior Shots

2015 mustang concept

Tomorrow morning, the 2015 Ford Mustang will make history in New York, and will appear on the Good Morning America show to bring you all of the details. But that's from just a little while from now, and the suspense is killing me...

I don't know bout you guys, but I'm going to be plastered to the television screen tomorrow morning to catch the release of the 2015 Ford Mustang on the Good Morning America show. I've been waiting for this day for months, I'm excited to see the new features.

1964 1/2 mustang ad
In April of 1964 the first mustang was released, therefore called the 1964 1/2 mustang, so to make the 50th anniversary mustang AKA the 2015 ford mustang more valuable and a whole hell of a lot cooler then it should be called the 2014 1/2 Mustang.

Returning engines

The 305 horsepower 3.7L V6 engine will be making another appearance in the Ford line up as well as the 5.0L V-8 under the hood of the powerful yet sweet GT with a slight power bump from last years model. Also the new car is supposed to be 300 pounds lighter than last year, so it'll be a rocket on the streets.

Ford has introduced the brand new Eco-boost 2.3L Turbo 4-CYL in the mustang that will stand even taller than the 3.7L V6, with a power bump of 5 horsepower sending it to 310 HP and gas mileage that will appease to the masses.

The "VooDoo"

It may not be shown tomorrow at the Mustang launch, but there's rumors that Ford will be making a twin-turbocharged, 600+ horsepower V-8, AKA the "Voodoo", that could replace the supercharged V-8 shown in the 2014 GT500

2015 Mustang: The Release...December 5th 2013

2015 Ford Mustang (front end)
Ford is hoping its new Mustang muscle car opens the door to increased international sales. The American auto-company will release the 2015 Ford Mustang worldwide for the first time with the idea that the car will draw buyers to its showrooms.

2015 mustang rear end

The original Mustang was introduced at the New York Worlds Fair on April 17, 1964, to national fanfare...featured on the covers of Time and Newsweek magazine and was purchased by more than 1/2 a million customers in 1965

The Mustang was the inspiration for the R&B song "Mustang Sally," which was popular in the 1960s, and also has been featured many times in movies such as, Steve McQueen, for instance, drove a dark green Mustang in the 1968 motion picture "Bullitt."

Ford Motor Company will be releasing their 2015 Ford Mustang on December 5th 2013, I cant wait to see the new interior.

From the renderings I've seen over the past few months and as you guys know I do not like the 2015 Mustang but I believe the Mustang was due for a make-over but in some other sort. Here at Mustang Militia, we would like to know what you guys think of the 2015 Mustang

Q1: Does it appeal more to the senses than the 2013-2014 models?
Q2: What would you have liked to see in the new 2015 or new models in the near future?

2015 Ford Mustang: The Outlook

The Mustang's new look will not be evolutionary.  you would think that Ford would step up for the 50th birthday of the Mustang but instead, took a step down  I am pretty disappointed with the new look.  it doesn't look like a mustang, if it wasn't for the pony on the front of the car I would think it was a new ford fusion.

But this is all a matter of opinion and mine is, I believe Ford had a great car in mind and had some really great ideas in "theory" but took those ideas, balled them up and soiled them.  The 2013-2014 year model were the best models that actually resembled muscle. I'm glad to see that the GT will be stepping up in Muscle. if only they could get that gas mileage up and have that much power.

2015 Ford Mustang: Convertible & Interior

with camouflage covering  the outside of the convertible more than other shots of the coupe, it's still certain that the same proportions are there, with a lower nose and Mustang appearance.
The folding roof appears to be a simple cloth unit, folding nicely, just behind the rear seats when not up.  When up, we get a small glimpse of its profile, which largely preserves the coupe's figure.Push-button start will be a stock option this year, . The button is located on the left side of the center stack.

2015 Ford Mustang: Specs & Pics

I have known for a while now that a 4-CYL will be joining the Ford Mustang lineup, as a 310 HP, direct-inject 2.3-L turbo... It will be above the base 6-CYL unit but under the Mustangs most famous V-8. Both vee-engines will have identical power ratings to the current cars,

305 HP for the V-6; 420 HP for the V-8 engine

the  Ford Mustang GT  is supposedly going go from 420 HP to 435 HP.   It will still be available with a six-speed manual and automatic.

SHELBY GT500: The Expirence

here's my overview of the Shelby GT500...

Interior:
  1. The steering wheel is great. I love how Ford didn't just leather wrap the steering wheel but also intergraded some suede along with it(feels great in the hand)
  2. the leather RECARO seats are awesome to sit in, they really contour to your body and hold you snug. but when you go to check your blind spot...the headrest gets in the way.
  3. the center-stack might look bland, but in fact it is great, the buttons are so easy to press and everything is right there at your fingertips. the Shelby GT500 has the Shaker System 1000 and is nice for jammin' out in.
  4. the pedals, especially the clutch is light but is a bit on the long travel side.
  5. the white Shelby GT500 shift knob is by far the "best" feature of the interior, its appealing and easy to shift, and never slips out of the hand. I'm glad Ford kept this knob in the Shelby GT500.
  6.  I thought the dash was neat because of the soft touch material its made of.
  7.  the cup holder cover "flips" into the console which I thought was cool and they light up like the gauges do (you can customize the color scheme in your mustang)
  8. the back seat isn't big enough for people to sit in (especially if you sit behind me because I'm a big husky guy.) except small children.  you have to really hate someone to put them in the back seat of this car.
  9. when you open the doors on the Shelby GT500 the window slide down just a tiny bit.
  10. the speakers on the side of the doors are big and look cool but I bang my feet against them everytime I get out of the car.

Exterior:
  1. All in all the Shelby GT500 is a great lookin' all American Classic style car and not much is to be said of the exterior because people have their own opinions but I will say this...on this Shelby, the Gt500 Stripes were stickers instead of paint on, so it made the car look horrible. plus they start to fade after a while.
  2. I don't have a pic of the outside yet but it was oxford white w/red stripes.

Mach 1 Again??...Maybe

2004 Ford Mustang Mach 1
Will the Ford Mustang ever again wear a name from the past?  in June of 2013, talk of a next-generation Mach 1 and Shelby GT350 came about, with the Mach 1 name supposedly set for the range-topping SVT variant due in the 2017 model year.

1973 Ford Mustang Mach 1

2015 Ford Mustang: GT350

The GT350 will have larger wheels covering up some rotors. From the rear, the car will have quad exhaust pipes making the car’s amazing V8 rumble. However the powertrain for the new Mustang GT350 hasn’t been revealed, it’s predicted to be a 5.0-liter delivering over 500hp.

2015 FORD MUSTANG: REVEALING THIS DECEMBER??

2015 FORD MUSTANG REVEALING THIS DECEMBER??

Alright folks!! Its just about time for the brand-new pony car to make its final debut...this car is going to be what I think is the biggest reveal in of the decade;being the 50th anniversary pony car.  We can be sure to see the new mustang and all its glory, sometime in December.  Before the December revealing, certain press agencies will be called to Ford's Headquarters in the next few weeks to get a look at the all-new mustang, and to make sure no pictures and/or information gets leaked to the public before December.
all details will be given in December with all sales beginning between May and July of 2014.

Interesting Ford Commercial.

Interesting Ford Commercial.

At Least the kid took pride in the mustang. :)

2015 Ford Mustang: The Interior

2015 Ford Mustang Interior

Over the years Ford has done a great job of enhancing the mustangs interior. From standard speedometer paper to classic mustang gauges, from a standard no-controlled steering wheel to a classic leather wrapped 3-spoked design with push button controls.  But the 2015 Ford mustang interior has, by far the most stylistic lookin' enhancements of the decade.  there's not much to go on by this pic but, personally I love the new steering wheel, center stack and gear shift.
2015
Ford has seemed to have integrated the new ford 'My Touch' in the car along with newly positioned push button controls to mock most ford vehicles on the line today.   A start-stop button also helps modernize the mustang's dashboard, which looks to be a great leap forward compared to its predecessors.  as you can see Ford has kept the interior covered well, and there are still questions brewing; like..weather or not the classic Ford Mustang Gauges will be making a come back or going digital.
we would like to know what you guys think so please comment or contact us.

2015 Ford Mustang... (so far)

2015 Ford Mustang... (so far)

So far this is what has been released on the 2015 ford mustang.  From what I can see this looks like a Pretty good lookin' car. The 6th generation Mustang has what it takes to be one of the most hottest in its class. there's been talk of a 2.3L turbo 4-CYL to take care of gas mileage. Ford seems to be taking this Mustang and comparing it to the new Fusions, seems like it would appeal to most people.
I've also heard that Ford is Shaving off 400 pounds and slimming it down 15 inches all around. also that there might be a bump in power, possibly up to 450 or 460 horsepower for the 5.0L V8.  ohh how I love power I also love saving money in gas, now with the new 3.7L V6 that makes 305 HP...it has power and saves me in gas, why whould you want anything else?
